Dispatcher
F.H. Furr is expanding and seeking a detail‑oriented, organized, and customer‑focused dispatcher to join our Georgetown, DE team. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient scheduling, strong communication, and exceptional service delivery for our customers and technicians.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and dispatch service technicians based on skill set, availability, and customer requirements
Monitor job progress and make real‑time adjustments to ensure schedule accuracy
Provide customers with updates, estimated arrival times, and follow‑up communication
Support field technicians by relaying job‑related information and ensuring proper documentation
Maintain accurate records within the dispatching system
Collaborate closely with customer service, service managers, and field teams
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in dispatching or scheduling
Experience with ServiceTitan and/or ProBook is strongly preferred
Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work in a high‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset
