Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sets self as an example of workplace safety; utilizes all personal protective equipment required for each project site
Operates heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life
Ability to operate Bulldozers, Excavators and Motor Graders
Ability to operate support equipment such as front‑end loaders, rubber tire backhoes, mini‑excavators, skid steers, off‑road trucks, rollers, etc.
Knowledge of GPS equipment including machine control & GPS rover
Perform preventive equipment maintenance (including greasing, checking & maintaining oil/fluid levels, filters, etc.)
Properly secure equipment each day
Preferred Training and Experience

Ability to operate Bulldozers, Excavators and Motor Graders efficiently
Ability to operate support equipment well (including front end loader, rubber tire backhoe, mini‑excavator, skid steer, off road truck, roller, etc.)
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
Physical Requirements
Must be physically able to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Work involves sitting, walking or standing for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of five to fifty pounds
