A day in the life.
As our
Senior Claim Representative
on the
McGriff Specialty Team , you’ll maintain accurate records and appropriate accounting in claim management system, obtain specific information regarding loss/claim to report to the company, when necessary, advise customers what processes are necessary for claims filing, respond to customers regarding claims status, assist producers and claims team with claims status and special projects, respond to company requests for policy information as necessary for claim settlements, maintain own diary system for use in periodic follow up on selected claims, and update all screens on claim injury system.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Two years oil and gas/energy insurance or claims experience
Adjustors license
Operates under the direction of claims
Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts; including excellent communication skills and service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems
Considerable knowledge of basic company computer programs for word processing, accounting and applications
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of risk transfers
Knowledge of McGriff's claim management / agency management system or ability to learn quickly
