Staff Accountant

What You’ll Do:
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Perform account reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, prepaid, accruals)
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting
Assist with audit requests and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
1–3+ years of accounting experience (public or industry)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
