Onsite, our office is located at 230 Lexington Green Cir, Ste 400, Lexington, 40503. This position is full‑time onsite (40 hours/week), Monday‑Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8‑hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work weekends or overtime.

Primary Responsibilities
Manages vendor payments for multiple Taft Hartley and Association trust funds
Validates GL coding for payment requests
Validates proper authorization of payment request
Processes check and ACH requests including issuing checks and ACHs for multiple trusts
Resolves issues with payment requests
Assists with opening, sorting, and preparing mail for distribution
Processes cash receipts and makes deposits at banks
Reconciles deposits for posting accuracy
Completes bank reconciliationsSupports month‑end close
Maintains our auditors relationships
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of relevant experience in accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
1+ years’ experience in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, filtering)
Experience with accounting software such as Dynamics/Great Plains (data entry, AP, bank reconciliation, month‑end closing support) within an accounting role
Ability to work in office located in 230 Lexington Green Cir, Ste 400, Lexington, 40503
Flexibility to work any of our 8‑hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Taft Hartley fund administration
Experience with banking institutions including soft and hard tokens and ACH initiation
Soft Skills

Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution. The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.38 to $36.44 per hour on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
