General Role Description
Supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient processes, compliance, and team productivity
Role Accountabilities
Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures to maintain operational standards
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, as approved
Direct, train and develop warehouse personnel to maintain a skilled, effective, and safety-focused team
Maintain warehouse safety and adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards
Supervise the receiving, stocking and shipment of parts and equipment, ensuring accurate and timely reporting into Oracle EBS (including spares)
Ensure FIFO compliance to maintain product integrity and proper inventory flow
Supervise the marshaling of parts, ensuring accuracy to work orders
Supervise the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials to other Business Units and 3rd party warehouses
Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure all shipping, receiving, and documentation requirements are completed correctly
Maintain inventory accuracy by participating in and validating cycle counts and supporting physical inventory counts
Report warehouse equipment failures or inconsistencies to management

Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role
Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse systems
Ability to operate stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and company box trucks
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs
Valid driver's license
Strong problem‑solving skills
Demonstrated success leading teams to accomplish business goals
Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Availability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 5%, sometimes with limited notice
Preferred Qualifications
4 years' experience in a supervisory or Lead role
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Visio
Proficiency in Oracle
Certified forklift trainer
Demonstrated experience in inventory control management
