Overview
Shipping and Receiving Associate
Location: Saint Cloud, MN
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday (6 AM - 3:30 PM)
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
3 years of experience in the industry.
Carpentry experience is a plus.
Physical strength to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to follow procedures and paperwork.

Responsibilities
Inspect, package, and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
Verify shipment contents against work orders and invoices; sign off upon release.
Load and unload trailers using a forklift and supervise trailer loading/unloading.
Identify damaged items and route them to the appropriate department.
Process incoming shipments by counting, inspecting, and verifying materials.
Deliver and route materials to departments as needed.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records using computer systems.
Prepare daily shipment schedules and prioritize deliveries.
Communicate with Installers, Project Managers, Drafters, and Supervisors regarding orders, inventory, and delivery status.
Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures.
