
Financial Systems Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities
Perform monthly financial consolidation by loading data preparing journal entries and reconciling results across entities.
Maintain and develop financial reports and dashboards while supporting accurate and timely reporting.
Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting by updating input templates and coordinating data submissions.
Manage system administration tasks including security maintenance process documentation and end user training.
Partner with finance accounting and information technology teams to support integrations troubleshoot issues and improve system reliability.
Requirements
A Bachelor\'s degree in finance accounting or a related field.
5+ years of experience in finance accounting or financial systems support.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve variances.
Use Excel at an advanced level and work comfortably within enterprise planning or reporting platforms.
Communicate clearly collaborate effectively and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Maintain and reconcile planning system data to general ledger balances across operating entities.
Support system optimization efforts by identifying efficiency opportunities and streamlining financial processes.
Work with planning and reporting tools to create maintain and enhance reports templates and workflows.
Demonstrate a proactive solution oriented mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
Bring experience with financial planning systems system integrations or additional ERP platforms considered beneficial.
