Responsibilities
Prepare the Collins Intermediate Level Home Office forward‑pricing rate proposals and incurred cost submissions.
Calculate the Collins ILHO allocation bases.
Maintain the Collins ILHO disclosure statement.
Respond to requests from the Defense Contract Audit Agency and the Defense Contract Management Agency.
Support DCAA, DCMA, and internal audits.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, Cost Accounting Standards, the Federal Acquisition Regulation, and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
Support government‑related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, transformation initiatives, and other company‑wide projects.
Travel up to 5% of the time.
Qualifications
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years of experience.
5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Experience supporting internal or external audits.
Familiarity with relevant Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
Prior association or interaction with DCAA and DCMA.
Extensive experience balancing multiple priorities and producing quality work within a given timeframe.
Strong Microsoft Excel ability is required; proficiency with Microsoft Access and SAP is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively summarize analyses and communicate at various levels.
