Personal Lines Sales Agent / Account Manager
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Sales Agent / Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to clients by handling standard personal lines accounts, managing call‑ins, and converting warm leads into successful sales. Compensation Package
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Quote and manage new and renewal business for standard personal lines accounts ranging from $1,000 to $50,000 in size.
Handle incoming client inquiries and warm leads, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve sales targets and contribute to the department's success.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance and sales.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Soft Skills: Outgoing personality, strong sales mindset, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
