Job Overview
We have an opportunity available for a Non-Warranty Claims Specialist in Quincy, Illinois. This position involves detailed interactions with internal and external customers, including validating claim requests, collaborating with shipping carriers, factories, and quality teams; and booking and communicating credit or return information. It involves communicating clearly with all internal departments and customers/distributors outside the company daily while providing a world‑class customer experience.

Responsibilities

Validate claim requests and collaborate with internal teams and external customers/distributors

Coordinate with shipping carriers, factories, and quality teams to resolve claims

Book and communicate credit or return information efficiently

Maintain clear and professional communication via email and phone with internal and external contacts

Provide outstanding customer service and support

Handle multiple tasks in a professional and efficient manner

Use SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and MS Office tools to manage customer and claim data

Analyze customer needs and resolve issues by applying problem‑solving skills

Maintain detailed and accurate records of claim interactions and resolutions

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical related field preferred

Product and/or customer service experience is required

Core Competencies

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to handle multiple tasks professionally and efficiently

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Experience with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce (especially customer‑related modules) is advantageous

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferences

Some accounting/financial experience is preferred

Mechanical aptitude and product knowledge a plus

Work Arrangement and Travel Requirements
This position is based at our Quincy, Illinois, Campbellsville, NC or Mocksville, NC site.

Compensation
The pay range for this role is $50,000-55,000k.
