About the Position
Integrity Personal Insurance in McKinney, Texas is looking for a Full‑Time Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative. This is a fully remote position open to Texas candidates only. The role focuses on prospecting new clients, creating quotes, closing sales, maintaining relationships, and obtaining referrals.
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold‑calling, and lead databases.
Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective clients’ needs and personal goals.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, and be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required.
1‑3 years of prior personal lines sales experience preferred.
A team player with a positive attitude who is goal‑oriented and driven to succeed.
Detail‑oriented self‑starter with the ability to prioritize tasks.
