Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We’re looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer’s agent to join our team. You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities

Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home.

Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction.

Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market.

Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale.

Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers.

Successfully close an average of 2+ sales per month during a calendar year.

Consistently utilize our proven systems and tools (provided by the company) to expand your career.

Participate in weekly team meetings and check-ins with your mentor agent.

Complete assigned training specific to the position.

Take part in team activities and events sponsored by the company.

Perform data entry into databases, including CRM programs, data spreadsheets, etc.

Follow the lead protocol as established by leadership at The Real Estate Center.

Qualifications

1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience.

High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry.

Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel by car.

Consistent record of real estate success.

Current Wisconsin Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining a license).

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.

Personable with outstanding customer service skills that exceed expectations and keep clients not only satisfied but happy.

Outstanding listening skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with multi-tasking and creativity.

Proficiency with technology and understanding of Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and use of G-Drive.

Willingness to work, including some weekends and evenings.

Compensation
$75,000+ per year
