Here at Kostusiak Coatings we’re looking for an experienced
Residential / Commercial Painter Crew Lead
to join our growing team!
Pay: $25-$30/HR
Location: Local projects – steady, year-round work
What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage a crew on residential & commercial projects while working side by side with your team
Ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency on every job
Read plans, prep surfaces, and oversee all phases of painting
Communicate with clients and project managers
Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years professional painting experience
Proven leadership or foreman experience
Strong knowledge of prep, coatings, and finishes
Ability to manage crew productivity and achieve deadlines
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
