Customer Service Representative (International)
Description
Responsibilities include customer service support, order processing, invoicing, inventory support, and related activities.
Answering incoming customer calls, emails, and/or faxes.
Processing OUS / ROW orders.
Processing customer orders, confirming order accuracy, and distributing sales orders to the fulfillment team.
Processing customer order confirmations.
Customer follow‑up.
Processing Proforma Invoice and customer follow‑up.
Coordinating and allocating inventory with Warehouse/Production.
Processing Commercial Invoice and all logistical documentation.
Coordinating freight forwarders.
Submitting all order, logistical, and quality documents to the customer.
File maintenance.
Processing inventory returns in Sage / RA log maintenance and issuing RA numbers.
Handling expirations and exchanges.
Managing complaints and damaged products.
Providing general customer service support as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma.
1–2 years of customer service experience (medical device a plus).
3 years of customer service in medical device preferred, 1–2 years of international experience.
Experience in clerical, administrative, corporate environment.
Skilled in computer keyboard and experienced in multiple corporate processing systems.
Experience in ERP processing preferred.
Some accounting or bookkeeping experience, a plus.
Skills
Efficient and accurate processing of customer requests.
Ability to effectively articulate and communicate with customers, management, and employees, verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Good general math skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive matters.
Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
Physical Requirements
Moderate standing or walking.
Extended periods of sitting.
Heavy computer use.
Light lifting.
Work Environment
Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
