Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior auto parts sales experience preferred
Ability to calculate figures and amounts—including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and supply other customer information.
Review body shop estimates to verify parts ordered are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate.
Pull and fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
Ensure internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair order.
Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
