We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
Source and build candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Track and manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Support and coordinate the new hire onboarding process to ensure seamless and ideal candidate
ew hire experience
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines; solicit feedback and implement accordingly
Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand through recruiting events, job fairs, and online platforms
Qualifications & Education
100% on-site, 5 days a week between our two Neenah, WI branches (exact schedule TBD)
Crane Service Technician or Industrial Maintenance recruiting experience, preferred
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
Knowledge of social media and other recruitment tools for candidate sourcing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Basic understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, but not required)
