Our client, a leading legal publisher, seeks a Georgia-admitted trusts & estates attorney for an open-ended contract assignment. Work will be done remotely from any location. This is a part-time project for an estimated 10-15 hours per week. Hours are flexible. Rate is $40/hr.
The attorney will draft and mark up various forms and “how-to” type practical guidance for a wide range of trusts & estates topics dealing specifically with wills, trusts, estates and probate administration. Attorneys must be familiar with these topics as governed by Georgia law.
