Primary Responsibilities
Route / Lane:
Intermodal – Chicago, IL Regional (Run IA and WI, MI, IN)
Freight Type:
No Touch Freight
Shift:
Both day
ight, twice a week home time.
Weekend & Holiday Work:
Yes, if scheduled.
Experience required:
Minimum 3 months experience.
Specialized Equipment:
Hazmat preferred, not required.
Endorsements/Certificates:
None.
Lane Expectations:
Favorable lane information: consistent miles and freight; less inner‑city driving; no slip seat; consistent home time.
Unfavorable lane information:
Winter weather driving; Chicago traffic; not home daily.
Requirements & Qualifications
Valid CDL Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL‑A)
Experience: 6 months
Compensation & Schedule
Pay:
Weekly average $1,200 – $1,500 (pay varies with schedule)
Home Time:
Twice a week, 2‑day home.
Schedule:
Both day
ight, weekend work available.
Freight:
No Touch Freight.
