Position Description
As a

Digital Product & Analytics Intern , you will support initiatives across

Digital & IT (D&IT) – Dealer & Customer Experience , contributing analytical, business, and data‑driven insights that support both internal teams and customer‑facing outcomes. This internship provides exposure to

enterprise systems, digital products, and analytics , with opportunities to work across multiple functional areas.

In this role, you will collaborate with

Digital Product Managers, IT specialists, analytics partners, and the VCE North America Marketing team , helping turn data into insights that drive decision‑making, improve processes, and support business performance. The internship is designed to be hands‑on and developmental, offering experience across several focus areas rather than a single system or domain.

Core Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights Support

Support analysis of data related to dealer, customer, and digital experience initiatives

Assist with creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data summaries

Help translate data into clear insights for Digital, IT, and Marketing teams

Digital Product & Customer Experience

Assist Digital Product Managers with data preparation, documentation, and analysis

Support understanding of how dealers and customers interact with digital solutions

Help analyze trends and patterns across customer‑facing platforms and systems

Marketing Analytics Collaboration

Work with the VCE North America Marketing team on selected marketing analytics initiatives

Support analysis of marketing performance, customer engagement, and campaign data

Help connect marketing insights to dealer and customer experience improvements

Process Improvement & Automation

Help improve efficiency through data organization, Excel‑based analysis, and simple automation

Support documentation of data, processes, and analytical approaches

Qualifications And Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s preferred

Applicants must have completed 30 semester hours before the internship starts and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Skills & Interests

Strong interest in data analytics, digital platforms, and customer‑centric decision‑making

Experience using Excel for data analysis; exposure to analytics or programming tools is an advantage

Curious, analytical mindset with attention to detail

Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Collaborative attitude and willingness to learn across multiple domains

For all intern and co‑op positions, the hourly range is set at $17.00 - $46.00. The hourly rate for these roles is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, academic classification, and degree‑seeking area of study. In addition to these factors, we consider internal equity and pay equity in any final offer.
