The Role
The
Permit and Contractor Coordinator
position is responsible for organizing, tracking, applying for and obtaining permits from governing agencies for build construction projects.
Responsibilities
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to work within timeframe of standard policies and procedures.
Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee information.
Excellent ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a busy, fast‑growth environment.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
Exhibit extraordinary discretion, confidentiality, flexibility, and willingness to contribute to the team’s efforts.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, legal studies, or related field
Experience in permit coordination, contract administration, or related role
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Software
Strong communication skills
