ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Business Systems Analyst will manage and optimize our core operational platforms: Paycom (HRIS/Payroll), NetSuite (ERP), and FleetPanda (fleet/logistics management). This role is responsible for system administration, user support, data integrity, reporting, and cross-functional process improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Administration
Serve as the primary administrator for Paycom, NetSuite, and FleetPanda
Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings across all platforms
Configure system settings, workflows, and customizations to meet business needs
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration records
Payroll & HR Systems (Paycom)
Support payroll processing, audits, and reporting
Maintain employee data, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and compliance requirements
Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and system issues
Partner with HR on system improvements and reporting needs
ERP Management (NetSuite)
Administer financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and reporting
Support month-end close processes and financial data accuracy
Build and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards
Assist with integrations, data imports/exports, and system enhancements
Fleet & Operations Systems (FleetPanda)
Manage fleet scheduling, dispatch configurations, and asset tracking
Ensure accurate data flow between FleetPanda and other systems
Support operational teams with system usage and troubleshooting
Optimize workflows for efficiency and visibility
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards across all systems
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Support business intelligence and decision-making with actionable insights
User Support & Continuous Improvement
Act as Tier 1–2 support for system-related issues
Train end-users and create user guides and documentation
Collaborate with vendors for escalations and system updates
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes
Support system integrations, data synchronization, upgrades, and testing
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience administering at least one of the following: Paycom, NetSuite, or FleetPanda (multi-system experience preferred)
Strong understanding of HRIS, ERP, or fleet/logistics systems
Experience with user administration, reporting, and system configuration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel or data handling ability
NetSuite Administrator experience or certification preferred
Experience in oil & gas, logistics, or field operations environments preferred
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or middleware tools
SQL or reporting tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) a plus
Detail-oriented with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities; process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
