Entry-Level Telecommunications Technician

What You’ll Learn & Work On
Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems
Supporting troubleshooting of basic network and connectivity issues
Helping configure and set up telecom devices and equipment
Working with routers, switches, cabling, VoIP, and PBX systems
Providing basic technical support to end users
Keeping documentation updated for service work and equipment
Following safety procedures and industry best practices
Learning new technologies and tools on the job
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Entry-level experience, technical schooling, certifications, or hands‑on exposure to telecom, IT, or networking
Basic understanding of cabling, networking concepts, or telecom systems (training provided)
Willingness to learn, take direction, and ask questions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
