Proven experience designing and leading
enterprise observability solutions .
Hands‑on expertise with
Datadog , including dashboards, alerts, and integrations.
Experience with
Datadog Data Observability (Metaplane) , including lineage and data freshness monitoring.
Strong understanding of modern data platforms, pipelines, and analytics architectures.
Experience leading technical workshops and working directly with senior stakeholders.
Technical Skills
Datadog Data Observability / Metaplane
Snowflake and relational databases
BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Data pipelines, orchestration, and data reliability patterns
Alerting, incident management, and operational design
Soft Skills
Strong communication and storytelling skills with technical and non‑technical audiences
Ability to act as a trusted technical advisor
Structured problem solver with a systems‑thinking mindset
Comfortable leading without direct authority
