We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced COINS Construction ERP Software Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the COINS platform and its modules, as well as experience in system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance and utilization of our COINS ERP system to support the company’s payroll and human resources modules.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Area Liaison
Act as area liaison to the Payroll, Human Resource, and accounting teams for the Payroll and Human Resource modules
Assist teams with reporting, documentation, troubleshooting system procedures
Aid in monthly, quarterly, and annual procedures including financial close, payroll reconciliations, W-2 filings, State Taxes, Benefit Enrollments and Audit
Assist with Union reporting and Union system set up
Collaboration with other area liaisons for Operations, Service and Financial modules
COINS Continuous System Improvement Projects
Act as the liaison between business subject matter experts during system improvement projects
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the COINS system
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the implemented system meets the needs of the business
Work with business analysts to ensure all former and current business processes are documented
System Administration And Key File Maintenances
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Ensure data integrity and security within the COINS environment, along with other members
Configure and customize COINS modules to meet the specific needs of the business
User Support
Provide training and support to COINS users across the organization
Create and maintain user documentation and training materials
Assist users with resolving technical issues and answering questions related to COINS functionality
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) as a COINS Construction ERP Software Administrator or similar role
In-depth knowledge of COINS payroll and human resource modules, particularly those relevant to the construction industry
Strong technical skills in system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and database management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical users
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience in the construction industry
Familiarity with other construction software or ERP systems
Prior experience with software implementations
Certifications in COINS or related technologies
