Senior Family Law Paralegal
to join our growing

As a
Senior Paralegal , you'll play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients across all stages of complex family law matters - from case planning and research to trial preparation and client communications. You'll thrive in a collaborative, supportive culture that values teamwork, initiative, and professional growth.
What You'll Do
Manage attorney dockets and ensure deadlines are met across all case phases.
Draft, review, and e-file pleadings, briefs, declarations, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
Support attorneys with preparation for mediations, hearings, and trials.
Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategy.
Maintain organized client files in both digital and physical formats.
Communicate with clients frequently and professionally, providing updates and guidance.
Mentor and support other support staff, sharing best practices and fostering team efficiency.
Participate in process improvement, forms management, and SOP development.
Occasionally assist with front desk coverage to ensure a seamless client experience.
What You Bring
5+ years of
family law paralegal experience
(required).
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple deadlines.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) .
Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism.
A proactive, team-first attitude and a genuine passion for family law.
Notary preferred
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
