Physical Therapy Aide/Tech
Responsibilities
Assist physical therapists with non-clinical tasks, including setting up equipment and guiding patients through exercises under supervision
Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety
Support patients during therapy sessions to ensure comfort and a positive experience
Assist with basic front desk duties such as checking patients in/out, scheduling, and answering phones
Help maintain clinic flow and organization throughout the day
Clean and sanitize equipment and treatment areas regularly
Assist with general clinic operations and support staff as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Interest in healthcare, physical therapy, or related field (highly preferred)
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Ability to work well in a team environment
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Willingness to learn and take initiative
CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Physically able to assist patients and perform clinic-related tasks
