Our Partner is a well-established organization in Birmingham, AL and is seeking a Contract Recruiter (6 month assignment) to join its growing team. In this role, you will manage the full life-cycle recruiting process across multiple regions, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract and hire top talent.

Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle recruiting process for entry-level and professional-level roles

Source, attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates across multiple regions

Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and workforce planning goals

Collaborate with internal teams on staffing strategies and workforce forecasting

Participate in career fairs, community events, and recruiting initiatives

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using online platforms, community organizations, and professional networks

Support diversity recruiting and workforce development programs

Maintain all candidate activity within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Ensure recruiting processes follow all legal and compliance requirements (EEO & OFCCP)

Stay current with recruiting trends, compliance standards, and best practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in or Associates degree in HR or other business-related field required

2+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing environment

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred)

Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workload demands

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization

Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams
