Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain a neat and orderly storage lot, maximize efficiency in servicing customers.
Operate company commercial vehicles within a 20 air‑mile radius for pickup and delivery.
Verify shipment bills and perform weighing/dimension checks before loading.
Load and unload freight safely, including ULDs and trucks, and perform staging.
Engage with warehouse supervisors and comply with safety requirements.
Provide professional customer interaction during pickup and delivery; protect freight integrity.
Follow company policies and quality procedures.
Operate portable industrial trucks for moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise.
Perform order filler and checker duties as needed.
Perform receiving, put‑away, order picking, quality checks, delivery coordination, inventory control, safety, housekeeping, compliance, equipment operation, and maintenance tasks as outlined.
Assist with physical inventories and stock rotation.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and conduct daily inspections.
Work overtime as dictated by business needs.
Other Duties
Change forklift fuel tanks as needed.
Repair pallets, trailers, and truck bays as requested.
Help maintain a safe work environment.
Perform any other duties as required.

Minimum Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
Able to operate MHE.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
Completion of forklift training program.
Valid driver’s license.
Background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests as applicable.
Other Qualifications
Work in unregulated temperatures from mild to moderate.
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills, RF scanner use, WMS functions.
Language Skills
English (reading, writing, verbal).
Mathematical Skills
Basic to intermediate level for verifying quantities.
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of warehouse/logistics/distribution experience.
1-2 years forklift experience.
Current or prior MHE certification.
Physical Demands
Handling, sitting, bending, walking, standing; lift 21-50 pounds.
Work Environment
Low to moderate noise; rarely exposed to fumes or chemicals.
