Position
Provisioner at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to support the US Army CECOM Warfighter Readiness program.

Responsibilities

Develop Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and Statement of Work (SOW) for the development of Logistics Management Information (LMI).

Extensive knowledge of Provisioning Parts Lists (PPLs), Engineering Data for Provisioning (EDFP), Provisioning and Pre-Procurement Screening, and Repair Parts Special Tools Lists (RPSTLs).

Participate in Provisioning Conference, In‑Process Reviews, RPSTL review, hardware tear‑downs, TM/RPSTL Verification, and weekly program conference calls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Management, or related discipline with 2+ years of related experience. Additional years of experience, training, and/or certifications may substitute the degree requirement.

US Citizen; currently possessing an Active DoD Secret security clearance.

Proficiency in Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS).

Experience with NSN assignment/management.

Ability to create/maintain Bills of Material (BOM) (Provisioning Bill of Material (PBOM), Property Accountability Bill of Material (PABOM)).

Understanding of Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability (SMR) codes, Top‑Down Break Down, and Technical Data Packages.

Ability to utilize GCSS Army, Vantage, and other ERP systems (e.g., AESIP/LMP).

Ability to understand and explain Provisioning technical documentation.

Ability to read and understand technical reports like LORA, FMECA, PPL, BOM, etc.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS).

Pay Range
$52,000.00 - $94,000.00
