General Duties for Store Team Members
Operate equipment; stock ingredients; prepare product; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete paperwork.
Maintain cleanliness; participate in on-the-job training; communicate clearly with customers and co-workers.
Perform essential math operations for transactions and ensure accurate monetary change; use computer systems to enter orders; read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Physical and Work Environment
Work in varying temperatures; exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or higher.
Cramped spaces, moving parts, and potential exposure to outdoor weather during deliveries or outdoor tasks.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs, and driving for deliveries.
Skills and Abilities
Verbal and written communication; ability to follow instructions and provide accurate information to customers and team members.
Basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); ability to process orders and provide correct change.
Eye-hand coordination and dexterity for food preparation and use of equipment.
Additional Information
Delivery duties may include driving to deliver product within the designated area; valid driver's license and insured vehicle may be required.
