Pay range: $19.45 - $28.52 hourly (depending on experience)
What you will be doing (1st shift)
Safely operate forklift or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage, and transport product.
Problem‑solve and resolve issues promptly with a mechanical aptitude.
Lift, rotate, and lower 60 lbs consistently throughout the workday.
Interact professionally with shipping companies, customers, safety, customer service, and branch management.
Communicate effectively and act with a sense of urgency when necessary.
Follow Linde safety procedures and encourage others to do the same.
Be self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Maintain a clean work environment by keeping the area organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What makes you great
High school diploma or G.E.D required.
3+ years of general manufacturing or warehousing experience.
Ability to operate a forklift.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business demands.
Upholds high standards of honesty and integrity.
Demonstrates personal ownership for safety and actively contributes to a strong safety culture.
