Job Description

Job Summary
We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily.

Complete orientation and training on the job.

Communicate written and verbal instructions to customers and co‑workers.

Perform math, give correct change, and enter orders using a computer or touchscreen.

Use motor coordination for accurate and rapid movements.

Adjust to varying store temperatures, handle food odors, and manage safety hazards such as hot surfaces and sharp edges.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately.

Ability to give and comprehend written instructions.

Ability to make correct monetary change.

Good motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.

Work Conditions
Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash, temperature extremes in store (36–90° F), fumes from food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces and tools up to 500° F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
