The Recruiting Coordinator supports full-cycle recruiting efforts with a primary focus on high-volume, seasonal hiring and delivering a seamless candidate experience. This role plays a critical part in executing recruiting operations, coordinating interviews, maintaining systems, and supporting HR administrative processes.

Essential Functions

Establishes and maintains candidate relationships through proactive outreach, listening, inquiry, and follow-up.

Supports high-volume seasonal recruitment efforts including sourcing and hiring event execution.

Develops sourcing strategies and identifies qualified candidates.

Coordinates phone screens, interviews, and hiring events.

Manages interview scheduling logistics and communications.

Maintains Workday system and candidate documentation.

Assists with onboarding coordination including offer letters and background checks.

Performs HR administrative tasks such as data entry and record maintenance.

Supports onboarding processes and orientation logistics.

Tracks hiring metrics and reporting.

Build relationships with hiring managers and partners.

Ensures compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.

Assists with recruiting events and job fairs.

Provides administrative HR support as needed.

Skills And Experience

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

0–2 years of recruiting/human resources experience.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding and changing work environment.

Basic knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures.

Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar.
