
Closing Coordinator

100% in-office for 6 months, then hybrid
Soni is working with a growing organization in Nashville to hire a
Closings Coordinator
to support ownership transfers and closing activity within a high-volume environment.
This role sits on a collaborative team responsible for keeping records accurate and ensuring all closing-related requests are handled efficiently. It’s a great fit for someone detail-oriented who enjoys coordination, documentation, and working across teams.
What You’ll Do:
Process closing requests from attorneys and title companies in a timely manner
Maintain and update homeowner records, including ownership transfers and account details
Coordinate document scanning, uploads, and recordkeeping
Handle real estate disclosure statements and closing-related documentation
Apply payments and process checks related to closings
Respond to closing-related inquiries from partners
Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy
Assist with account updates including merges, linking, and administrative changes
Support foreclosures, new construction sales, and ownership transitions
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple processes at once
Comfortable working with documentation, data entry, and systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Compensation : $23-$25/ Hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
