Forklift Operator (Stand-Up Reach) – Etna, Ohio
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Pay: $20.50/hr
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM | Pay: $21.50/hr
About the Role
We are seeking skilled and safety-driven Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Etna, Ohio. This role involves operating both sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks to support daily warehouse operations, inventory movement, and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
Operate stand-up reach trucks forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
Transport pallets and products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
Follow all OSHA and facility safety guidelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (if required)
Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements
Experience operating stand-up reach trucks required or strongly preferred
Previous forklift experience in a warehouse environment
Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
