Responsibilities
Serve as a bilingual office administrator, partnering with managers and employees to provide seamless administrative support. Manage confidential records, files, and databases, compile information in Salesforce, and generate weekly reports. Demonstrate strong time‑management skills, attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

Fluent (verbal and written) in Chinese and English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel (including formulas), and PowerPoint

Strong time‑management skills and ability to multitask

Meticulous, self‑motivated, and driven with strong calculation skills

Experience creating reports and maintaining confidential databases

Capability to perform additional office duties as requested

Experience and Education

Preferred: 5+ years of administrative experience

Required: Bachelor’s degree

Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)

Language: Mandarin (Required)

Work Hours
9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday‑Friday

Salary
$55,000.00 – $75,000.00
