
Property Manager

Salary Range:
$120,000 – $135,000 annually
Position Overview
The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and performance of a portfolio of commercial and/or residential properties. This role focuses on operational excellence, tenant relations, financial performance, and compliance with applicable regulations while maintaining high standards of service and property condition.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring efficient management and adherence to established policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs
Develop and monitor operating budgets, review financial statements, and manage expense controls
Coordinate leasing activities, including move-ins/move-outs, renewals, and compliance with lease terms
Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in property management within commercial and/or residential environments
Strong understanding of property operations, budgeting, and financial reporting
Knowledge of lease administration and tenant relations best practices
Ability to manage multiple priorities and properties in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Proficiency with property management systems and standard business software
