We are committed to providing client-centered, results-driven legal services, and are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our growing team.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Litigation Assistant to provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process. This role involves managing case files, coordinating schedules, handling court filings, and ensuring deadlines are tracked and met. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day legal support to attorneys in all phases of litigation

Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Manage attorney calendars, including scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings

Coordinate and assist with discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production

Communicate with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and vendors in a professional manner

Prepare trial materials such as exhibits, binders, witness lists, and trial notebooks

Track billable time and assist with billing processes when required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

2+ years of experience as a litigation assistant, legal assistant, or in a similar legal support role, preferred

Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system, preferred

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal software (e.g., Clio, Relativity, iManage, or similar)

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $41,600 – $52,000 (commensurate with experience)
