PT Customer Service Representative

Part‑time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Shift Schedule

Weekend Opener (Saturday & Sunday): 6:45 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Weekend Closer (Saturday & Sunday): 1 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.

Overnight (Monday and Thursday): 10 p.m. – 6 a.m.

Weekday Opener (Full Time Position): Monday: 4:45 a.m. – 1 p.m.; Tuesday‑Friday: 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Weekday Mid Shift: Monday‑Friday: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Responsibilities

Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.

Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.

Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.

Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and new members.

Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
