Who We're Looking For
3+ years of customer service experience required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Strong proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, or similar order management software
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
