Animal Clinic of Rapid City is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. As a growing, 8‑doctor general practice with a 24/7 emergency hospital, we provide advanced, high‑quality medicine and serve as a trusted resource for pet owners across the region.

Works well both independently and as part of a team
Previous medical or veterinary reception experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage a multi‑line phone system
Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage client check‑in and check‑out, including consent and release forms, wellness plan education and enrollment, payment collection and deposits
Coordinate communication across multiple platforms
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area
Support the clinical team by ensuring smooth client flow and communication
