Licensed LMFT LCSW Associates for Thriving Diverse Group Practice

Job Summary
We are seeking Licensed or Associate (1200+ hours +) Spanish‑speaking Mental Health Therapists for a part‑time role in our Burbank or Ventura Town locations. Applicants must live in the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles or Ventura area and work both in person and via Telehealth. This hybrid position requires a minimum of 18 client hours per week, with flexible scheduling (2–3 hour days or 2–4 hour & 2–5 hour days) and a preference for one half‑day weekend or afternoon/evening blocks.
Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments.
Provide mental‑health therapy to individuals, couples, families, children, and the LGBTQ community.
Create individualized treatment plans and document them in the EHR platform.
Use evidence‑based and other theoretical approaches to facilitate family and individual treatment.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards.
Pass a Law & Ethics exam (associate level).
Work blocks of time in the office and via Telehealth; flexible work‑from‑home options are available.
Provide treatment for children ages 5–6 as part of your caseload.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field (for associate therapists).
Minimum of 1200 hours of experience toward licensure for associate therapists.
Current and unrestricted Marriage and Family Therapy registration and/or license.
Previous experience as a mental‑health therapist or associate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong understanding of HIPAA and Law & Ethics in mental health.
Strong language proficiency in Spanish (and additional languages preferred).
Experience treating couples (e.g., Gottman, Sue Johnson EFT, or other trainings).
Immediate start (or within 2–3 weeks); flexibility to cover 18–24 client cases per week.
