Join Our Academic Team: Didactic Recruitment & Training Support
Are you an experienced ELT professional with a talent for spotting potential and a passion for teacher development? We are looking for a proactive Didactic Recruitment and Training Support specialist to join our growing international language school network.
In this role, you will be a key player in academic operations, ensuring centers are staffed with top-tier educators and coordinating advanced professional development programs.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
End-to-End Hiring:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for Teachers and Directors of Studies (DoS), from publishing advertisements to initial screening.
Expert Interviewing:
Conduct first-round interviews for leadership roles and digital service teachers, providing expert feedback to the academic board.
Project Support:
Research and implement new recruitment initiatives and maintain strong communication with global recruitment partners.
Didactic Training & Quality Assurance
Skill Development:
Assist in creating training materials and supporting network-wide training sessions focused on methodology and product knowledge.
Classroom Excellence:
Support the observation process for digital services to ensure consistent pedagogical quality.
Advanced Qualification Support (DipTESOL)
Candidate Guidance:
Act as a primary point of contact for DipTESOL candidates through Q&A interviews and ongoing support.
Operational Logistics:
Manage candidate flow, including booking observed lessons and organizing intensive input sessions in Florence.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
Education:
University degree and a CELTA/TEFL/TESOL (or equivalent).
Advanced Credentials:
A higher EFL qualification (such as a Delta or DipTESOL) is strongly preferred.
Proven Track Record:
Solid experience in communicative language teaching, recruitment, and teacher training.
Core Skills
Technical Proficiency:
Fluent in Google Suite/Excel, Zoom (for training delivery), and internal CRM/IT programs.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interview and mentor effectively.
Organizational Mastery:
High attention to detail, efficiency in planning, and a quality-first mindset.
Problem-Solving:
A proactive approach to navigating the logistical challenges of a large educational network.
