The Recruiting and Operations Coordinator will provide support for Henderson Wholesale, a multi-state distributor of Hunt Brothers Pizza, and Henderson Distributing, a distributor of Big Easy Foods. Responsibilities
Assist in the Recruiting process
Coordinate and Create Custom Marketing
Schedule and Facilitate New Hire Training
Prepare and Schedule Quarterly Training
Manage Social Media Pages
Support Business Meetings
Additional Administrative Duties
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in administrative roles
Post‑high school education
Intermediate to advanced technological skillset, previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
The Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects and schedules
Trustworthy and reliable with a high degree of attention to detail
Excellent critical thinking skills and is capable of risk assessment
What We Offer
Pay at $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
