As Rue’s foundational team recruiting member, you will play a critical role in shaping one of the company’s highest priorities: building the exceptional growth team that powers everything we do – and medical practices nationwide. You’ll own the entire recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing interviews and driving offers to close for our early-stage hires.
We’re looking for a proactive and independent self-starter who is energized by owning processes end-to-end. You thrive in fast paced environments, where you’re also comfortable thinking creatively to connect with candidates and uncover what truly motivates them. You Will:
Partner with Rue Fours founders and senior Engineering to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
Get a strong understanding of our company culture, values and vision – translating that to potential candidates
Source and engage candidates passionately, through referrals, outbound, and creative tactics
Engage with a high bar of candidates, vet and screen them, and manage interviewing and hiring process from start to finish
Contribute to onboarding, employer branding, and candidate experience projects as needed
Lead compensation conversations and negotiation
Do whatever it takes to hire the best candidates & deliver a great interviewing experience
Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve the recruiting processes
Qualifications
3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting
Ability to quickly understand a product or market you might not be familiar in
Strong instincts for sourcing and outbound, you treat top-of-funnel like a sales motion
Relentless follow-through and attention to detail, you don’t drop balls and you keep things moving
Clear, confident written and verbal communication, you can pitch Rue Four effectively to any candidate
Most importantly: Ability to transmit passion and really seek out passionate, curious, driven and hungry humans
B2B SaaS, AI, marketplace or Fintech experience is a plus!
