Clinical Recruiter – Upper East Side, Manhattan (Hybrid)
Role Overview
A premier concierge healthcare organization located in
Manhattan
is seeking a high-impact Clinical Recruiter to lead national hiring efforts across its expanding network. This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical support staff across multiple markets in the U.S.
This position requires a strategic, data-driven recruiter who can balance high-volume requisition management with white‑glove candidate experience and strong stakeholder partnership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth‑oriented environment and plays a key role in shaping the organization’s clinical talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of clinical and provider roles, managing approximately 30 active requisitions at a time
Source, screen, and manage candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a high-touch and positive candidate experience
Maintain consistent pipeline activity to meet aggressive hiring timelines and organizational growth needs
Stakeholder Partnership
Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical leadership, Regional Medical Directors, and executive stakeholders
Lead regular intake, calibration, and pipeline review meetings to align on hiring priorities and expectations
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations
Recruiting Strategy & Optimization
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill physician, provider, and clinical support roles across the country
Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance speed, quality, and overall recruiting outcomes
Continuously refine recruiting strategies based on market trends, performance data, and organizational needs
Reporting & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and sourcing effectiveness
Build and maintain dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into hiring progress
Present regular updates and insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Qualifications
Required Experience
Demonstrated success in high-volume clinical recruiting environments
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and attention to detail
Experience partnering with senior clinical leaders and influencing hiring decisions
Technical Skills
Hands‑on experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
Strong proficiency in building reports, tracking metrics, and using data to drive recruiting decisions
Core Competencies
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities across all levels of leadership
Strategic mindset with strong problem‑solving and continuous improvement orientation
Ability to flex across role types, including occasional support for corporate hiring needs
High level of ownership, accountability, and follow‑through
Work Arrangement
Hybrid schedule (2 days onsite per week)
Full‑time, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
