The

Marketing Intern

supports the execution of brand and marketing initiatives across the Sunbelt Solomon family of companies. This role is designed to provide hands‑on experience in brand marketing, content development, and light creative design within a B2B industrial environment.

Working closely with the Brand Marketing team, this individual will contribute to projects that support Sunbelt Solomon's Full Lifecycle Power Solutions positioning—helping bring our capabilities to life across marketing collateral, digital assets, and trade show materials. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to real‑world marketing execution in a fast‑growing, multi‑brand organization serving critical power infrastructure across the Americas.

Brand & Marketing Support

Assist in executing brand initiatives and marketing campaigns across the Sunbelt Solomon family of brands

Support development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and sales materials

Help ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all materials

Assist with trade show and event preparation, including signage, booth materials, and supporting assets

Content & Copywriting

Draft and edit content for a variety of marketing needs, including:

Website content updates

Social media posts

Email assets

Internal communications

Support messaging that aligns with Sunbelt Solomon's Full Lifecycle Power Solutions positioning

Proofread and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism in a technical B2B environment

Design & Creative Support

Create light design work such as:

Social media graphics

Presentation slides (PowerPoint)

One‑pager and flyer materials

Assist with updating and formatting existing marketing materials to align with brand standards

Support basic image editing and photo selection for use across marketing channels

Marketing Operations & Project Support

Provide support for ongoing marketing projects across brand, sales, and communications initiatives

Assist in organizing and maintaining marketing templates, files, and assets

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market positioning within the power and energy sector

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline‑driven environment

Preferred Skills

Understanding of brand marketing and visual storytelling

Familiarity with social media platforms and content development

Exposure to trade shows or event marketing is a plus
