Key Responsibilities
Provide professional manicure and pedicure services to spa guests
Deliver a warm, welcoming, and tranquil guest experience from arrival to departure
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of nail stations in accordance with spa and state regulations
Manage appointments and schedules using the spa’s computer system
Maintain accurate service and commission records
Promote spa services, retail products, and resort amenities to enhance the guest experience
Support daily spa operations, including opening and closing procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and guest care
Qualifications
Valid California Nail Technician/Manicurist License (required)
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in nail services
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and product application
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and adherence to spa dress code
