Staffing Coordinator – Providence Portland Medical Center
This part-time, day shift position requires clinical administrative experience in staffing or staff scheduling within a medical environment. The role focuses on providing a variety of scheduling functions and services for the department, including creating monthly schedules and making daily adjustments to nursing staff for each unit.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain monthly and daily nursing staff schedules for applicable units.
Make real-time adjustments to schedules to accommodate unit needs and staff availability.
Use electronic timekeeping systems to manage and track scheduling information.
Coordinate with department leadership to ensure coverage and quality patient care.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience using Kronos or a comparable electronic timekeeping system.
1+ year of clinical administrative experience, including staffing or scheduling.
1 year of payroll processing experience.

Salary
Pay Range: $21.16 - $32.37 per hour. The final placement within the range will be based on relevant job experience and applicable factors.
